Can I place an order now?

Not yet. Preview products are browse-only and cannot be purchased during the soft launch.

Are the prices final?

No. Prices marked as indicative are merchandising previews and may change before sales open.

Are the images exact product photographs?

Images labelled as editorial previews show mood and styling direction. They are not exact product photographs.

When will material, colour and size details be available?

Verified specifications will be added to each product before it becomes purchasable.

Can I request a colour or style?

Yes. Use the Contact page and mention the preview product or colour story that interests you.

Will delivery be available across Malaysia?

Final delivery zones, courier options and charges will be published before checkout opens.
