Final delivery areas, courier choices, shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds and delivery estimates will be published before any product becomes purchasable.
Product confirmation
Concept imagery and indicative prices are clearly labelled. Final material details, exact colours, dimensions, care guidance and availability will be shown on each product page before checkout is enabled.
Returns framework
A complete returns window, eligibility rules, hygiene conditions, return-shipping process and refund timing will be confirmed before sales begin. Nothing on the preview site requires a customer to commit to a purchase.
