Before the first wear

Read the care label supplied with the confirmed product. Different fibres, dyes, trims and constructions can require different handling, so a general website guide should never override that label.

Keep styling gentle

Use clean pins or accessories and avoid forcing them through the same point repeatedly. Keep makeup, fragrance and hair products from building up along the face line, and attend to marks promptly using the final product instructions.

Wash only as directed

Do not assume that a preview concept is machine washable, hand washable, colourfast or suitable for a particular detergent. Those claims will appear only when they have been confirmed for the physical item.

Dry and store with care

Store hijabs clean and fully dry in a cool place, away from prolonged direct sunlight and damp conditions. Fold or hang them in a way that avoids unnecessary snagging or pressure from accessories.
